According to digital blogger @DigitalChatStation, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will feature a 50Mp23mmf/1.6x main camera with a larger physical focal length than the previous generations 8.7xmm, and it will be equipped with a newly customized hardware module. Additionally, the device will sport a 200Mp4.3X100mmf/2.6 periscope telephoto with a 25.xmm physical focal length, resulting in a slight crop when converted to equivalent focal length. The 4.3X image size is approximately 1/1.5", and the 4.1X can fully utilize the native 1/1.4" sensor.

It's worth noting that regarding whether the main camera is one-inch, the blogger clarified in the comment section that the sensors physical size is 1/0.98, which is slightly larger than other phones on the market after customization, but it will still be marketed as one-inch.
