IT Home, November 6th The US variant of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has once again been spotted on the GeekBench benchmark database, with a single-core score of 3148 and a multi-core score of 10236 in version 6.3.0. This smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen4 for Galaxy processor, manufactured using TSMC's 3nm process. The CPU features 2x4.47GHz Oryon cores + 6x3.53GHz Oryon cores, and the GPU is an Adreno850 clocked at 1.3GHz.
Compared to the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen4, the Snapdragon 8 Gen4 for Galaxy boasts a higher CPU frequency. The standard Snapdragon 8 Gen4 has a CPU frequency of 2x4.32GHz + 6x3.53GHz. It is worth noting that the US variant of the Galaxy S25 Ultra was previously spotted on GeekBench in September, but with different clock frequencies, with a base clock of 2.90GHz and a maximum clock of 4.19GHz.
According to the latest benchmark data, the Snapdragon 8 Gen4 for Galaxy outperforms the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen4, suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will offer more powerful performance. In addition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a 200MP main camera and potentially support up to 200W fast charging.
