Nubia Z70 Ultra to be Announced Tomorrow: Bezel-less Display + AIOS System, Challenging iPhone?
Ni Fei, President of Nubia Technology Co., Ltd., announced today that the flagship Nubia Z70 Ultra will be officially unveiled tomorrow. The announcement poster directly targets the Dynamic Island and punch-hole displays, sarcastically saying "Punch-hole screens and notification islands have become standard, how ridiculous," subtly criticizing the common screen designs in the current smartphone industry. In contrast, Nubia Z70 Ultra has achieved a truly bezel-less display form and boasts a 1.5K resolution, making it one of the highest-resolution UDC full-screen displays to date.
Ni Fei has previously stated that Nubia Z70 Ultra surpasses the iPhone in terms of aesthetics, imaging, and user experience. It is said that the screen of the Nubia Z70 Ultra is jointly developed by Nubia and BOE, reaching a pixel density of 430PPI, not only ensuring excellent display quality but also guaranteeing the quality of selfies taken with the front camera.
Besides the remarkable screen, Nubia Z70 Ultra will also introduce the Nebula AIOS system for the first time. This system integrates multiple AI intelligent functions, allowing users to complete complex operations through voice commands, such as AI intelligent image search, AI intelligent caption generation, and one-click posting to social media.
Performance-wise, Nubia Z70 Ultra is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. This processor utilizes TSMC's 3nm process technology and a 2+6 core design, featuring two 4.32GHz super cores and six performance cores. In terms of super cores, the Snapdragon new platform has undergone significant design changes, adopting a micro-architecture specifically tailored for mobile devices, achieving a 45% energy efficiency improvement compared to the previous generation.
