Last month, Realme President Xu Qi announced that the GT Neo series would be spun off into an independent Neo series, positioned as a mid-range gaming flagship and continuing to uphold the three core product tags of "superior performance," "leading gaming experience," and "technological trend design," catering to young consumers. The Realme Neo7 boasts the Dimensity 9300+, currently the strongest processor in its price segment. To comprehensively test the Neo7's performance, we selected three popular mobile games: "Honor of Kings," "Genshin Impact," and "Zenless Zone Zero." Tests were conducted in a 24 room with GT mode enabled.
In "Honor of Kings" at the highest graphics settings and 120fps, the Realme Neo7 maintained an average frame rate of 199.9fps with a stable frame rate curve, resulting in a smooth and fluid gaming experience. The maximum body temperature reached only 38.
In the "Genshin Impact" Sumeru City exploration test, the Realme Neo7 maintained an average frame rate of 59.7fps after running for 60 minutes, with no noticeable lag, offering an experience comparable to mainstream high-end flagship phones. After 60 minutes, the maximum body temperature was only 41, feeling slightly warm.
Another ace up the Neo7's sleeve is the Dimensity 9300+ platform's first chip-level super frame rate technology. Compared to traditional independent display super frame rate technology, this offers lower latency and power consumption, effectively reducing screen tearing and supporting real-time frame rate monitoring to comprehensively improve game smoothness.
