Tonight, Xiaomi officially launched the highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra new energy vehicle, and a series of IoT devices, marking a significant breakthrough for the tech giant. Xiaomi founder Lei Jun took the stage first, reviewing Xiaomi's recent achievements, followed by Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing, who detailed the leading features of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra: The Ultimate Interpretation of an Imaging Flagship
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi's annual imaging flagship, made a stunning debut in four versions: 12GB+256GB (6499), 16GB+512GB (6999), 16GB+1TB (7799), and a dual-satellite version 16GB+1TB (7999), available only in black. Its design is inspired by Leica cameras, although other color optionsclassic black and silver, pine green, white, and blackwere mentioned earlier.
This flagship phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy and features a dual-channel cooling pump for both the SOC and camera, ensuring stability under heavy load. The front boasts a 6.73-inch 2K slightly curved screen covered with second-generation Dragon Crystal glass, delivering a clearer and more refined visual experience.
As an imaging flagship, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra's camera system is incredibly advanced. It features a Leica Summilux quad-camera setup covering eight focal lengths from 14mm to 400mm, supporting up to 28x lossless zoom. The camera system adopts a classic "one king, one queen" combination: the main camera is the familiar 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX900 CMOS sensor with an f/1.63 ultra-large aperture and OIS optical image stabilization, featuring anti-glare coating; the secondary camera is a 200MP Samsung HP9 sensor (100mm focal length, 1/1.4-inch large sensor, f/2.6 aperture, 28x lossless zoom). It also includes a 50MP telephoto lens (IMX858) and an ultra-wide-angle lens (JN5).
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra also integrates the second-generation Xiaomi portrait large model platform, significantly improving the rendering of night portraits, resulting in more natural skin tones and enhanced optical depth. Notably, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is the first Android phone to feature ACES LOG and boasts the UIS super video stabilization system, supporting up to 8K video recording across all focal lengths, providing users with an unprecedented imaging creation experience.
Other features include a 6000mAh large battery with 90W wired and 80W wireless fast charging, ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, BeiDou and Beidou dual-satellite communication, and 7km off-grid calling, comprehensively enhancing the user experience.
To cater to professional photography users, Xiaomi also launched the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Professional Imaging Kit at 999, offering a 699 discount when purchased with the phone. A special red and black Legendary Collector's Edition is also available.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra: A Disruptive Innovation in the New Energy Vehicle Sector
The final highlight was the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra new energy vehicle, which Lei Jun defined as a "new luxury car," priced at 529,900. This vehicle boasts a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system (two V8s + one V6s), delivering a combined maximum power of 1548 horsepower and a 0-100km/h acceleration time of just 1.98 seconds, demonstrating exceptional power performance.
In terms of battery, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra features a 93.7-degree track-grade high-power battery pack that supports up to 5.2C ultra-fast charging and uses a "bulletproof coating" to protect the bottom of the battery pack. The braking system utilizes Akebono six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, along with 430mm oversized carbon ceramic brake discs, capable of withstanding 10 consecutive 180km/h stops without performance degradation.
The prototype of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra set a new Nrburgring lap record for four-door cars, and the production version has challenged several national landmark tracks, winning a championship at the Shanghai International Circuit against Porsche, proving its outstanding performance.
The new energy vehicle comes standard with Xiaomi's end-to-end full-scenario intelligent driving (HAD) and Xiaomi Pengpai intelligent cockpit, featuring a 16.1-inch central control screen. The steering wheel and other interior trims are wrapped in carbon fiber and Alcantara materials, enhancing the luxurious and sporty feel.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is available in five paint colors (Obsidian Black, Pearl White, Space Silver, Parrot Green, Lightning Yellow) and five wheel options. It measures 5115mm long, 1970mm wide, and 1465mm high, with a 3000mm wheelbase, adopting a four-door, five-seat sedan layout to balance daily driving and track driving needs. The front splitter, rear carbon fiber large spoiler, and aerodynamic kit provide up to 285kg of downforce. To address concerns about the fixed rear spoiler, Xiaomi also offers an optional electric spoiler and a carbon fiber dual-airflow front hood.
For users seeking ultimate performance, Xiaomi also introduced the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Nrburgring Track Edition (814,900, launching after the Nrburgring challenge), which retains maximum performance while complying with traffic regulations.
The launch of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra marks a milestone achievement for Xiaomi in the automotive sector, elevating perceptions of Xiaomi beyond a smartphone manufacturer. Its rapid progress sets a new benchmark for the Chinese automotive industry. The benchmarking of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra against Porsche further demonstrates Xiaomi's strength and determination in the automotive field, its impact on the high-end automotive market, and its transformative effect on perceptions of new energy vehicles.
