网站描述：中国化学品安全协会的前身是中国化工安全卫生技术协会，中国化工安全卫生技术协会成立于1993年，在民政部登记注册，业务主管部门是化学工业部，会员单位220家，基本上是原化工系统的大、中型企业，还有部分大型制药企业。政府机关机构改革后，业务主管部门为国务院国有资产监督管理委员会。2005年经民政部批准，更名为中国化学品安全协会，业务主管单位由国务院国有资产监督管理委员会变更为国家安全生产监督管理总局。
