网站描述：滁州职业技术学院坐落于风景秀美的琅琊山下、醉翁亭旁，滁州市市区内，是市属全日制普通高等学校。学院于2000年6月经安徽省人民政府批准由滁州建筑工程学校、滁州技工学校和市财税干校、市粮食干校、市供销干校、市商业干校等6所学校合并组建，6校均有20余年办学历史，其中，滁州建筑工程学校和滁州技工学校分别为省级重点中专和省级重点技工学校。经过2年筹建，2002年6月，经安徽省人民政府批准，学院正式成立。学院现有新老两个校区，总占地面积1140亩，建筑面积21万平方米。学院现有教职工461人，其中专任教师334人，具有高级职称教师49人，中级以上职称教师259人，研究生以上学历（含在读）72人，具有高级技能等级证书的“双师”型素质教师达72%。学院设有技师学院、ATA软件学院、机电工程系、经济贸易系、土木工程系、艺术设计系、基础部和成教部等8个教学单位，全日制在校学生10313人，成教在校生2300人。学院图书馆藏书38万余册，办有国内外公开发行的综合类学术期刊《滁州职业技术学院学报》。
