创始人——可以管理后台
管理员——仅可以管理前台
注册会员——只能发表微博和修改自己的信息
安装过程：
首先修改conn.php文件：
将$conn=mysql_connect("localhost","root","hadsky.com");
改为：$conn=mysql_connect("你数据库所在地址","数据库用户名","数据库密码");
将mysql_select_db("yt_weibo",$conn);
改为mysql_select_db("你的数据库名",$conn);
最后打开http://你的域名/install.php即可完成安装
初始用户及密码为：admin
