Z-BlogPHP更新说明：

数据库支持mysqli连接，完善了多个数据库组件；

模板在生成时会过滤掉UTF-8 BOM；

Member类增加属性StaticName用于显示别名；

模块的内容在系统显示前会被替换部份变量和常量；

代码优化，加入文档注解，调整和了优化了系统的流程；

增加常量ZBP_PATH；

新增Network类，调用方式与XMLHttp相同，同时支持curl、fsockopen和file_get_contents；

插件接口系统进行了大修，增加相关函数，修改定义接口方式，对所有接口返回机制作了完善；

SQL查询增加了接口，改进了表前缀的替换方式，增加meta_name和meta_namevalue查询；

模块类增加属性NoRefresh属性以开关系统自动更新模块功能；

对Debug机制进行了大修，完善相关的容错处理；

验证码类增加设置，改进ini_set的判断，GZip的修正。
