前台基本功能介绍：
1.房源发布查询方便，功能强大，支持按 区域、房型、价格、以及面积、类型、等单一条件查询及叠加条件查询。
2.会员后台：可以管理，修改，重发更新房源，及标记为成交。出于seo优化禁示会员自己删除房源,但可以标记为 "已成交"(站长后台可以删除）
3.发布房源：可以发布房源，及多图房源.
4.会员可以通过密码提示问题找回密码功能
站长后台：账号密码 为 admin 后台路径：/zufang/admin/manage.asp
1、管理修改删除房源，及重发更新房源
2、新闻添加删除
3、友情链接添加删除
4、管理员密码修改，数据库备份恢复，数据库压缩。
5、会员资料查看修改删除，及暂停会员账号的使用权限。
6、楼盘的添加删除
7、房源区域的添加删除
