一个很简单的ASP评投票选系统，整个系统仅一个文件，实现了数据维护、投票、排名、刷票分析等功能。由于只是个简单的单文件评选系统，因此，暂未实现图片上传和CMS功能，上传图片和详细介绍功能请借助外部CMS实现。本程序应对刷票的能力较强，服务器应该很难被刷得宕机，防刷票策略也增加了刷票者的刷票难度。欢迎大家交流防刷票心得。
关于本次投票的相关文字说明：
1.投票时免验证码输入，是绝大多数投票用户的强烈要求。
2.通过代理上网的网友只是极个别现象，因此本投票系统将忽略掉通过代理(X-Forwarded-For)上网的用户。
3.实际投票过程中查找和确认投票项需要时间，用户只能在打开投票首页并在三秒钟之后才能成功投票。
4.IP记录库仅保留20分钟内投票的用户，可有效防止数据库过大造成的IP核查缓慢，即使在受到刷票攻击的情况下，服务器也不容易宕机。
5.实现投票的行为分析功能，可根据投票频率、用户UA、IP等信息分析是否有刷票行为。
