龙品软件社区问题管理平台系统V9.0，是社区各类问题信息管理的理想平台。系统分为问题信息的录入与管理；派单管理；问题处理；综合统计；公告信息等。
一、问题信息录入与管理。
问题信息录入主要包括录入人姓名、问题区域、具体地点、问题类型、联系人、联系人电话、问题主题、问题描述等。问题信息管理，可以删除、修改。
二、派单管理。
谁录入谁派单。录入人录入问题信息后，指派相关人员或单位前去相关处理问题。并指定处理要求、处理完成日期。
对已完成处理工作的，进行限时审核与评价，并填写用户意见。
三、处理问题。
处理人员或单位受理问题后，按要求及时处理问题，处理结束要进行处理登记。登记内容包括处理记录、参与的协同人员名单、或上传处理结束后的效果图等。对处理登记内容只允许一次机会修改。
四、综合统计。
综合统计包括问题统计、处理统计、类型统计三类。统计自定义时间段内的相关数据。
