修改原来单一SMTP,增加SMTP的增加与修改,实现多SMTP选择；
增加单发和群发模式下SMTP的选择，以及可在邮件正文中插入时间变量{time}；
增加了个性群发模式，通过收件人名称{name}、收件人地址{mail}和时间{time}等变量，让每发送的邮件都不同；同时当前SMTP发送失败后自动更换SMTP,大大提高发送效率。
增加用户列表的修改功能，可以让每个已经加进去的邮件地址都可以更改，然后按原有的排列方式返回原来的页面。
2.请先确认你的空间支持asp+Jmail。如果没有jmail请下载；建议本地测试，下载环境后放于相同目录下！
3.使用：请先设置你自己的Smtp发送设置，然后导入接收邮件，这样你就可以个性邮件群发了。
4.建议：大量邮件请本地测试，以免占用服务器资源，很多服务器不允许大量群发的。
大多免费SMTP有发信限制，如126一般连续只能发30封，可以自己搭建邮件服务器。
邮件群发的话，请在标题注明（AD）以及退订方法。
asp邮件群发系统 v3.3 因为粗心有三个地方需要修正
1.qun_mail.asp 86行 page1=page1 改为 page2=page1 解决换发信帐号后就发一人的错误。
2.index.asp 486行 a href=http://down.admin5.com/asp/"m/asp/"?ac=del 改为 href="?l=configmail&ac=del 解决发信帐号删不了。
3.解决因为数据的类型不同导致最后个发信账户失败后无法返回第一个发信账户。
4.说明：个性群发模式会生成一个false_rec.txt文件，记录每次发信失败。
