YTHT BBS是Firebird BBS发展起来的一个分支，在2004年曾为中国最大教育网站点ytht.net使用。该站点后被中国政府强行关闭后，代码也停止开发。
由于多年没有继续开发，目前YTHT BBS的代码相对于其他建站代码来讲较为落后，在此处主要用于开发和其他web程序（主要是从支持njuweb改为支持discuzx）的接口，以及改善用户体验。代码目前主要用于一路BBS，http://yilubbs.com （被盾）。
对YTHT代码和BBS感兴趣的朋友，以及希望用这个项目提高C/C++开发能力的朋友可以加入我们。
其中，blog代码因为非GPL协议，未加入。
2011/10/10 telnet文章导入discuzx 2 web功能加入，版本ythtbbs 0.1.02发布

2010/06/20 初始版本ythtbbs 0.1.00发布
