Smita Kumari 负责两个结构工具的开发：
1) 允许一个用户维护每个数据库列集中化列表，避免相同的数据元素有类似的名字，保证数据的一致性。
2) 改进表格结构
Edward Cheng 实现了一个组件，提供对工作台的简单访问，包括书签和历史查看器。
Chirayu Chiripal 和 Ashutosh Dhundhara 改进了系统的大量功能。
Dhananjay Nakrani 改进了错误报告服务器，添加了一个可选的报告特性，允许用户自动的直接提交错误报告给 phpMyAdmin 的开发者，现在也支持 PHP 错误报告提交。
Bimal Yashodha 重构了重新设计界面的代码。
其他更多令人振奋的改进是由全职开发人员 Madhura Jayaratne 完成的。
此版本主要是提升了系统的性能。
