2.同一IP的抽奖次数，同一手机每天的抽奖次数，每天总共的抽奖次数。
3.一等奖中奖概率，二等奖中奖概率，三等奖中奖概率，四等奖中奖概率，五等奖中奖概率，六等奖中奖概率，七等奖中奖概率等等
4.可以设置中奖率 管理员可自行在后台设置每个奖品的中奖率，分100分制，1000分制，10000分制。
5.可以设置每个奖品的中奖个数 管理员可自行在后台设置每个奖品的中奖个数，比如一等奖1个，二等奖2个。
6.浏览中奖信息 管理员可查看中奖信息。
7.更改中奖状态 管理员根据实际用户是否已领奖的状态设置中奖的状态情况。
8、设计10个奖项，可以对每个奖项设置中将概率。
9、中奖号码显示在页面的下方，需要信息滚动显示中奖号码（号码中间加***），其中需要后台能够手动添加一些中奖信息，便于后台操作。
10、后台功能要求：记录姓名、QQ和手机号的记录，能够导出excel表的功能。
