1、地图中心位置，不在以城市名为中心，改为指定的经纬度为中心（位置更准确）
2、出售、出租、中介地图数据显示不全部的BUG
3、团购页面新增加“说明”字段
4、页面模板美化、增加“图文推荐”标签。
5、增加android手机客户端软件。
6、纠正后台添加楼盘时，开盘日期、入住日期格式不正确不能录入的问题。
