使用雷速考核管理系统，部门管理人员可以在线上报考核明细表，查看本部门考核数据，统计各考核等第的人数及比例。后台管理员可以对数据进行管理和查询。员工可以登录系统查询本人的考核结果及各考核项目明细。

本系统适用对象：需要为员工提供考核查询的大中型企事业单位、政府机关。软件具有以下特点：

（1）员工只能查询本人的考核结果。

（2）管理人员可以查询所设定部门员工的考核明细，可以上报本部门考核数据。

（3）EXCEL数据导入、导出。

（4）设置公告和留言板，方便和员工互动交流。

（5）后台设置超级管理员和考核管理员两级权限。

（6）可自行设定考核项目，不同部门可以设置不同的考核项目。

（7）系统既可以安装在局域网服务器上，也可安装在互联网服务器上。
