1.2010.09.14 由于客户需要发送html源码形式的邮件，建立了单邮件发送，支持html源码的系统
解决了输入编码问题
解决了输入源码后出现邮件不能读取问题
2.客户是要把同一封邮件发给多人的，建立的小批量群发第一版
3.客户有多个邮箱账号，设置了配置邮箱账号程序，客户能够更改smtp账号进行发送
4.2010.09.15 优化的群发程序，制作了等待提示框，发信设置了间隔时间，最大限度防止收件人邮件服务器屏蔽。
由于php的局限性，这种小批量发送承受php程序执行时间的限制，不能发送大量邮件。
5.2010.09.15 制作了不受限制的大批量发送邮件程序。
6.2010.09.16 去除了小批量群发的bug
进一步优化了大批量群发的程序
以后版本功能：
添加html在线编辑器可以在线制作精美的邮件进行发送。
能读取txt的邮件地址列表进行发送
随机读取发送smtp账号，进行发送功能，更大限度防止收件人邮件服务器屏蔽。
