该系统是用PHP+jquery开发的在线邮件群发系统，没有数据库，完全开源。
配置说明如下：
1.SMTP设置
修改文件:sendmail.php，按注释修改
2.添加邮件列表
修改mail下的t.txt文件
注意：每个邮箱名为一行，不要加其它标记
3.邮件发送速度设置
修改文件:index.html里面的时间设置
4.首页文件为index.html
