【程序简介】
1、短小精悍的天气预报程序，可应用于任何网页
2、含有自己的IP库，自动选择来路城市，并对应给出采集数据
3、程序构思巧妙：每个城市每天只需采集、装载一次，当天其余所有调用则读取已采至本地的数据文件，速度飞快
4、气象数据源自新浪
5、程序本身非常小，主要为IP库占重。IP库为纯真珊瑚虫某版本（用户可自行更新最新版纯真IP库，并更名为ip.dat放在data目录中使用）
【安装】
1、打开压缩包直接上传至支持PHP的空间即可，运行index.html
