BUG 更新说明：
1、修改了删除站点后信息管理出现死循环的bug。
2、修改了会员注册页html代码未闭合的问题。
3、增加了框架css样式，以方便用户自定义风格更方便。
4、修改了页面顶部文件多出一个标签的bug。
5、修改了后台左侧菜单在360浏览器，google浏览器中点击后弹出新窗口的问题。
6、修改了后台自定义会员菜单会员类别或部门设置的bug。（如限制类别id为8的会员可以参看，但是类别id为18的的会员也可以显示）。
