实现原理：
使用使用 形式远程调用单点登录系统上的脚本，获取加密后的用户登录票据信息，自动绑定到当前页表单的相应字段，并自动提交到后台。后台解密前台提交的用户登录票据信息，判定用户是否已在单点登录系统上成功的登录，如果已登录返回系统首页，如果没有登录，跳转到单点登录系统登录页。使用DES加密用户登录票据信息,不同应用系统使用不同密钥。
开发环境（VS2008 + Eclipse3.2）
