启明星办公用品采购系统，可以帮助行政部管理日常的办公用品，诸如记事本、纸张、橡皮、文件夹等，同时还具有大件管理功能，诸如打印机、投影仪、墨盒等
系统默认账户是admin，密码是123456
启明星办公用品采购系统使用说明书.doc记录了安装使用说明，办公用品.xls用于显示本系统使用的部分数据源。

（1）增加了水晶报表
（2）修复了部分逻辑错误
（3）后台增加了用户的批量处理
运行setup进行安装
默认账户 admin 密码是 123456
如果需要继承Active Directory，请运行 SystemConfig.exe

手动安装说明：
1)打开IIS，建立虚拟目录purchase指向purchase文件夹
2）运行PurchaseApp_Data下的Purchase.sql脚本
3）修改web.config里数据库连接信息。
4)系统使用.NET3.6，IIS里ASP.NET标签应该是.NET2.XXXX
5）确认purchase有读写权限
系统使用说明：
在企业安装成功后，一般员工可以申请办公用品。行政部可以处理处理申请。系统支持报表
这个是第一版，后续会增加很多功能（包括Excel的导入导出，采购查询等等）
