启明星工作日志是一款简单的企业内部协同办公的日志软件（B/S构架）。他允许用户以outlook日历样式的方式记录自己的事件。并可以编写日志的日志计划。同时，还可以了解同事的工作动态。
最后，工作日志附带了项目管理，项目经理可以把工作设定分类好，不同的同事进行协同处理。
新版增加了我的计划，在我的计划里，一个计划(Plan)会被分解为一个个里程碑(Milestone)， 一个里程碑又会被细化为一个个目标(Target)，系统通过监控一个个目标来实现计划的执行。
