According to Chenchuang Technology, the "Eagle Eye" airport runway FOD intelligent detection system has achieved localization replacement of the internationally leading edge light FOD detection radar technology. The system adopts a millimeter wave FMCW (Linear Frequency Modulation Continuous Wave) radar system with mechanical scanning, high range resolution, and high azimuth resolution, greatly reducing scanning intervals and achieving all-weather, all-weather, and blind spot free monitoring.

At the same time, overcoming the difficulties of FOD static and low RCS (radar cross section), low echo power, easy submergence in strong ground clutter such as streetlights, weeds, antennas, and difficulty in distinguishing in the frequency dimension, utilizing the characteristics of high-resolution millimeter wave radar such as frequency bandwidth, short wavelength, narrow beam, small volume resolution, and strong penetration, keenly extracting FOD echo characteristics, and transmitting FOD coordinates to the control center after analysis and positioning.

It is reported that in terms of detection accuracy, the "Eagle Eye" airport runway FOD intelligent detection system found foreign objects with a minimum size of 0.5cm 0.5cm metal rivet, with detection performance far exceeding the 3.1cm standard issued by the US FAA and the Civil Aviation Administration 3.8cm standard.

In the clearance prevention and control area, the Chenchuang "Tiandun" three-dimensional defense system is composed of a product architecture of "radar detection and early warning - photoelectric tracking and recognition - interference interception and strike" radar photoelectric fusion. Among them, low altitude defense radar and battlefield warning radar (four sided array) can cover multiple distances of 5km, 10km, 20km, and 40km, and can target low altitude, slow speed, and small targets. At the same time, they can detect and track small and medium-sized drones and swarm fighters, with characteristics of fast detection speed, strong recognition ability, and strong multitasking ability.

It is understood that its remote low altitude defense radar equipment adopts a solid-state phased array radar system, which can operate at a range of over 20km for targets with a reflection cross-section of 0.5 square meters. It can achieve a data update rate of less than 5s for hemispherical areas and can quickly provide target direction, distance, altitude, speed, heading and other information to the command center. This system can simultaneously detect over 200 targets and 10 drone swarms, and has industry-leading multi target positioning and tracking capabilities. The series of radar products serve as the information perception center in low altitude short range defense systems, and can be interconnected with optoelectronic reconnaissance and tracking equipment, unmanned aerial vehicle interference, interception equipment, etc. to form a defense system that integrates detection command interference interception.

In the airport perimeter protection area, the Chenchuang perimeter protection system mainly consists of core products such as electric scanning perimeter protection radar and millimeter wave security radar. It can cover the perimeter of 8-15km and the monitoring range of key sectors within 600 meters, achieving blind coverage and literacy in the core area.

In addition, Chenchuang Technology also released the "Smart Airport Platform Management Solution" at this exhibition.
