Most mobile phones, including Samsung, often experience blurring when capturing moving objects. Samsung hopes to alleviate this issue through ZoomAnyplace technology.
Samsung stated that this technology mainly utilizes AI tracking technology, which can automatically track and capture objects in real-time, while recording in full screen mode, capturing every moment and providing rich details.
Samsung officially stated that it can achieve 4x lossless zoom when recording 4K videos. IT Home has attached the official introduction as follows:
When the camera is magnified to more than 3x, it will switch from the main camera to the telephoto lens, resulting in changes in image quality and angle. However, a 200 million pixel main camera can seamlessly zoom in 2-4 times without reducing resolution.
ZoomAnyplace can also smoothly zoom in and out during video shooting. Samsung stated that it can still effectively track the subject at the edge of the screen. The use of this technology in conjunction with the recently released 200MP ISOCELLHP2 sensor indicates that it will be applied to S24 Ultra phones.
End to EndAIRemosaic
Samsung has also launched the "end-to-end AIRemosaic", which can significantly shorten the image processing time of high-resolution photos. Samsung claims that by using artificial intelligence to perform mosaic and signal processing in parallel, the time for converting 200MP images can be reduced by half. Compared with traditional sequential processing, this parallel method can achieve finer details and color reproduction.
E2EAIRemosaic adopts a sequential process that occurs in parallel, thereby reducing the remosaic latency by up to half. The final result is faster overall image processing time, thereby reducing the shooting time of 200MP images and improving image quality.
