According to foreign media phonearena, a "retro technology retailer" called Retrospekt claims to be able to "revitalize these devices" by offering "refurbished iPodVideo" on the UrbanOutfitters website.
After investigation, IT Home found that the current price of iPodVideo on second-hand platforms in China is around 200 yuan. Retrospekt, after replacing the iPod Video battery and adding 128GB of flash memory, priced these players at $349 (currently around 2551 yuan), but they are still popular among buyers, and inventory on the official website has been sold out.
Foreign media have stated that they do not know how many iPodVideos Retrospekt will restock in the future, but in today's era, it is "a bit surprising" that MP3 players can generate so much sales.
