Han Boxiao, product manager of vivo, recently revealed that the vivo X200 series has customized three different screens in pursuit of the ultimate screen experience. The X200 and X200 Pro both adopt a fully deepened micro-four-curved screen, while the X200 Pro mini is equipped with a pure straight screen design. To achieve this goal, vivo has invested hundreds of millions of yuan in screen customization and procurement, but this is "normal" in Han Boxiao's view. After all, the vivo X200 series boasts powerful performance and imaging capabilities, and is expected to perform well in sales, which is enough to support the high cost investment.
According to real photos released by Han Boxiao, the vivo X200 series adopts an ultra-narrow black border design, not only possessing the beauty of a curved screen but also considering the comfortable experience of a straight screen. The thin and light body design and the metal right-angle edge middle frame further add a touch of toughness. The back is equipped with a centered large circular camera, which includes a large-bottom main camera, ultra-wide-angle lens, and periscope telephoto lens, and is equipped with a self-developed image chip to bring users a more outstanding imaging experience.
In terms of core configuration, the vivo X200 series will be the first to launch with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 platform. This chip is manufactured using TSMC's 3nm process and is equipped with the Arm Cortex-X925 super-large core, offering a 36% performance improvement and a 41% AI performance improvement compared to the previous generation, bringing users a smoother running experience.
