Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the "Opinions on Innovating Information and Communication Industry Management and Optimizing the Business Environment," which proposes the building of "manage the network with the network" regulatory capabilities to empower supervision with technology and enhance regulatory effectiveness.

The guidelines indicate a need to strengthen technology-enabled supervision and promote the iteration and upgrade of existing technological regulatory capabilities. Specific measures include:

Building comprehensive regulatory platforms for data centers and other key telecommunication services. By integrating data resources through these platforms, real-time monitoring and analysis of telecommunication services can be achieved, enabling timely problem identification and early warnings.

Building a public service platform for mobile internet application detection and certification. This will enhance the mobile internet application detection and certification system, improving the quality and security of applications, and protecting user rights.

Strengthening online monitoring and analysis and investigation capabilities for business compliance operations.
