Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the "Opinions on Innovating Information and Communication Industry Management and Optimizing the Business Environment," which proposes the building of "manage the network with the network" regulatory capabilities to empower supervision with technology and enhance regulatory effectiveness.
