The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series has generated widespread excitement. Recently, two new Samsung models, SM-S9310 and SM-S9360, have received 3C certification in China, supporting 25W and 45W fast charging, both sold without a charger. According to leaks, these two models are the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+, with battery capacities of 4000mAh and 4900mAh respectively. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to have a 5000mAh battery, also supporting 45W fast charging.

Compared to the "large battery" strategy commonly adopted in the current smartphone market, the battery capacity of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series seems somewhat conservative. However, it's reported that Samsung will introduce a "Battery AI" feature for this series, aiming to improve battery life by up to 10%. The actual effectiveness of this new feature remains to be seen.

Besides the battery, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series has also undergone upgrades in terms of appearance and configuration. According to leaks, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will adopt a new design, getting rid of the metal wide frame. The four corners of the frame will be curved, and it will feature a flat cover glass, with even smaller bezels than Apple phones. Meanwhile, its dimensions are 146.9x70.4x7.2mm, making it thinner than its predecessor.

The screen size of the standard Samsung Galaxy S25 has also slightly increased to 6.17 inches, with dimensions of 146.9x70.4x7.2mm, making it significantly thinner than the S24's 147x70.6x7.6mm. However, there are also reports that Samsung may promote the S25 standard version's screen size as 6.2 inches. The authenticity of this information is yet to be confirmed.

In terms of imaging, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a new 200MP ultra-large sensor main camera + 3X telephoto lens + 5X periscope telephoto lens + ultra-wide-angle quad-camera combination. Both telephoto lenses adopt a new generation of ioscell sensors, with a larger photosensitive area and faster response speed, which can improve the shot success rate in low-light environments.

In terms of core performance, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy chip, with a theoretical CPU frequency higher than 4.32GHz. It is worth mentioning that, despite the high CPU frequency, Samsung may adjust the performance, and the actual performance remains to be seen.

Other aspects include the Samsung Galaxy S25 series starting from 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Moreover, Samsung plans to apply Google's second-generation Gemini Nano model to the Galaxy S25 series, which may bring users more AI technology support.
