Huawei's official account (IoT Zero Distance) has released an upgrade reminder for HarmonyOS NEXT on the Pollen Club, stating that some product features related to smart screen integration are currently under adaptation and development. This includes features like Super Desktop, Remote Assistance, Remote Home Security, and Smart Picture Frame image upload, which will be gradually upgraded and supported within the HarmonyOS NEXT system.
According to IT Home, during Huawei's Autumn Full-Scenario New Product Launch event on September 24th, the official announcement was made that the Huawei HarmonyOS NEXT system would commence public beta testing on October 8th. The compatible devices include Mate60/X5 series phones and MatePadPro 13.2-inch series tablets.
Beyond the system upgrade, Huawei also unveiled the largest smart screen in its history, the V5Max110. This impressive screen boasts a massive 110-inch size, a sleek aerospace aluminum frame thats only 1.2mm thick, and an astounding 99% screen-to-body ratio. Its initial retail price is set at 64,999 yuan.
The launch event showcased the deep integration between HarmonyOS NEXT and smart screens, along with Huawei's vision for the future of smart home ecosystems. The Super Desktop function is expected to further enhance multi-device collaboration, while Remote Assistance and Remote Home Security features will provide users with greater convenience.
