网站描述：沈阳音乐学院是中国东北地区唯一一所历史悠久、具有光荣传统的高等音乐、舞蹈艺术院校。学院缘起于1938年由毛泽东、周恩来、林伯渠、徐特立、成仿吾、艾思奇、周扬等老一辈无产阶级革命家在延安发起、创立的鲁迅艺术学院，1940年更名为鲁迅艺术文学院。抗日战争胜利后，学院由延安迁至东北，1948年底定址沈阳，改称为东北鲁迅文艺学院。1953年在学院音乐部的基础上，成立了东北音乐专科学校，1958年正式更名为沈阳音乐学院，面向全国招生。
