He believes that the foundation of the Chinese version of Web3.0 is the integration of sensing, communication, computing, and control, supporting precise perception of ubiquitous environments, efficient information transmission, collaborative high-speed computing, security, trustworthiness, and management, and supporting typical scenarios such as digital healthcare and virtual testing.

In Zhang Ping's view, the essence of the metaverse is a virtual socio-economic system, which, together with virtual reality and internet applications, is a virtual socio-economic system that integrates digital content creation such as network communication, digital twins, artificial intelligence, and various blockchain technologies. The value lies in breaking the monopoly of platforms, promoting widespread top-down innovation, creating new business models and markets, and launching the global digital economy. He proposed that the metaverse involves the core interests of national politics, economy, culture, society, law, ideology, and network sovereignty. However, in the current international community, Web3.0, which is built based on pure software protocols, there are still some hidden dangers in terms of trustworthiness, manageability, and controllability. We need to build a Chinese version of the protocol and reliable software and hardware to license the core technology and standard system of Web3.0, establish a basic on chain system anchored by digital RMB, and achieve political security, economic security, cultural security, and cyberspace security in China

In his speech, Zhang Ping mentioned the multi scenario landing application of the metaverse. For example, in cultural and tourism scenarios, the metaverse can enhance the creative transformation and innovative development of cultural IP resources; In urban scenes, by conducting high-precision three-dimensional urban modeling across the entire area, the "urban brain center" can be designed; In educational settings, a universal digital mathematics platform for the industry can be developed; As for consumer scenarios, we can increase the construction of digital scenarios such as "virtual try on", AR shopping guides, and interactive games.

Zhang Ping stated that in the context of the deep integration of the metaverse and the digital economy, enterprises can obtain real-time production information and make adjustments to production based on changes in the consumer market.
