Qualcomm announced that its Snapdragon Summit will be held from October 21st to 23rd this year, meaning the next generation Snapdragon 8 flagship mobile platform will be officially released before October 23rd. As the release date approaches, news about flagship phones equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 has become increasingly frequent.

According to the latest leaks, the vivo X200 series and OPPO Find X8 series are expected to be released in October, ahead of the Xiaomi 15 series. Among them, the vivo X200 series will be the first to feature the Dimensity 9400 chip, while the OPPO Find X8 series may have versions equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.

Previously, in the OPPO Find X7 series, the Find X7 was equipped with the Dimensity 9300 processor, while the Find X7 Ultra featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. This trend suggests that this year's OPPO Find X8 series may continue this dual-chip strategy, releasing the Find X8/X8 Pro with Dimensity 9400 and the Find X8 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.

So, will the Xiaomi 15 series still be the first to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip? Currently, the Xiaomi 15 series is expected to hold a launch event shortly after the chip's release on October 21st.
