This phone, with its unbeatable cost-effectiveness, precisely hits the pain points of its target audience. Its initial sales performance exceeded industry expectations, reaching more than twice the combined first-day sales of its three competitors. Orders for the phone continued to increase just a week after its initial sale.
Now, the sales data of Redmi K70 Pro+ has finally been revealed, further confirming the success of Wang Teng's "table-flipping" strategy, and exceeding expectations in the market. According to statistics from industry insider "Wisdom Chip Insider," Redmi K70 Pro+ surpassed devices powered by the Dimensity 9300 or 9300+ chip, including vivo X100 Pro, vivo X100s, vivo X100s Pro, iQOO Neo9 Pro, and iQOO Neo9s Pro, with a sales duration of only 9 weeks. These competing models, however, were released much earlier than Redmi K70 Pro+.
While the lower sales of the vivo X100 series, positioned higher than Redmi K70 Pro+, were expected, surprisingly, the iQOO Neo9 Pro series, which shares a similar positioning with Redmi K70 Pro+, only achieved about half the sales, despite having a longer time in the market, with the longest reaching 38 weeks.
Currently, only OPPO Find X7 and vivo X100 have higher sales than Redmi K70 Pro+, but it's worth noting that vivo X100 has already been discontinued, and OPPO Find X7 is nearing the end of its production cycle. Redmi K70 Pro+, on the other hand, is still in its sales prime, poised to surpass them in the future.
