Recent leaks from IceUniverse on X (formerly Twitter) have revealed an image showcasing the Galaxy S25 Ultra running Samsung's redesigned OneUI 7. The image focuses on the top portion of the phone, seemingly revealing the new Command Center (or Control Center) within OneUI 7.
The software appears consistent with the beta version seen on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, featuring a new Command Center accessed by swiping right from the home screen (with separate notifications on the left). It positions the volume and brightness sliders closer to the fingertips, while retaining the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles at the top.
Reports suggest that the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to launch in early 2025, and OneUI 7 could be released alongside it. It's unlikely that the new system will be unveiled before the end of this year.
The image suggests a significant visual overhaul compared to previous versions of OneUI, emphasizing a cleaner and more user-friendly design. The Command Center's layout is more intuitive, and the volume and brightness sliders are now more conveniently placed. Additionally, keeping the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles at the top aligns with user expectations.
The arrival of OneUI 7 promises a smoother and more convenient mobile experience for Samsung users. The new Command Center will make accessing and controlling various functions easier, while the enhanced volume and brightness sliders offer faster and more accurate adjustments. We eagerly anticipate the official launch of OneUI 7 and the exciting changes it introduces.
