DeepMind's official blog states, "For example, MediaTek, one of the world's leading chip design companies, is expanding AlphaChip to accelerate the development of high-end chips, such as using Dimensity flagship 5G chips in Samsung mobile devices, continuously expanding its chip portfolio while improving energy efficiency and performance."

The blog post explicitly mentions "flagship chips" (Flagship 5G) and "mobile phones," suggesting that the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ could adopt MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 chip.

This isn't the first time Samsung has used MediaTek chips in its devices. The recently launched Galaxy Tab S10 series tablets feature MediaTek chips.
