According to digital blogger "Digital Chat Station", the Redmi K80 Pro will be released after Double 11 (November 11th), becoming the second device in the industry to feature a 2K straight screen with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The leak indicates that the K80 Pro's screen is supplied by Huaxing, featuring a centered punch-hole design and 8TLTPO technology, supporting adaptive refresh rate adjustment and ultrasonic in-display fingerprint recognition.
Redmi K80 Pro will be among the first to feature the latest generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. This processor utilizes the self-developed Oryon CPU architecture, featuring a new 2+6 design with two super-large cores and six large cores. The CPU frequency surpasses 4GHz, making it the current mobile chip with the highest CPU frequency.
It's worth noting that the price of Redmi K80 Pro will also see an increase. Wang Teng, Redmi's Product Director, explained that the price increase for flagship phones this year is primarily due to two factors: firstly, the flagship processor upgrade to the 3nm process has significantly increased manufacturing costs; secondly, memory prices have been consistently rising for a year and have reached their peak, leading to a larger price increase for high-memory versions.
