Although Onleaks' auction ultimately failed, @iUniverse has revealed some key details about the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. It is reported that Galaxy S25 series will continue the square design, while further narrowing the bezels around the device. The S25 Ultra will retain the single-hole straight screen design, with narrower black borders around the screen, and the power and volume buttons will be located on the right side of the device.

It is worth noting that @iUniverse also announced the dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. The device measures 77.6mmx162.8mmx8.2mm, with a 6.8-inch screen. Compared to the S24 Ultra's 79.0mmx162.3mmx8.6mm and 6.79-inch screen, the S25 Ultra has a smaller body size.

Beyond the body design and dimensions, the configuration of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is also worth noting.
