Apple Unveils iPhone 16 Series, Apple Watch Series 10, and New AirPods
Apple today unveiled its highly anticipated iPhone 16 series, including the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. As usual, Apple has made significant advancements in performance and features for the new phones.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are powered by the new A18 chip, offering users faster processing speeds and a smoother experience. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, on the other hand, are equipped with the even more powerful A18 Pro chip, providing users with enhanced gaming and multitasking capabilities. Apple also announced its AI platform, Apple Intelligence, at the launch event. This platform is slated to launch in October and will support Chinese language next year.
In terms of pricing, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus start at $799 and $899, respectively. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max start at $999 and $1199, respectively. The prices for the Chinese versions have also been announced, with the iPhone 16 starting at 5999 yuan, the Plus version at 6999 yuan, the Pro version at 7999 yuan, and the Pro Max version at 9999 yuan.
In addition to the iPhone 16 series, Apple also released the redesigned Apple Watch Series 10. This smartwatch boasts the new S10 chip and a fresh design. The Apple Watch Series 10 features the largest screen size ever in the Apple Watch series and adds sleep apnea detection.
Apple also introduced the new AirPods 4, equipped with the H2 chip, priced at $129. AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation are priced at $179. Apple also unveiled upgraded AirPods Max, supporting USB-C charging and adding three new color options.
