- One-Year Battery Cover Protection: Within one year, you can receive one free battery cover replacement service for accidental breakage/cracking.
- Five-Year Battery Protection: Within five years, you can receive a free battery replacement service if the battery health drops below 80% or experiences performance issues.
- 365 Days Replacement Only: Within one year, you can receive one free replacement service for hardware performance issues.
JD.com states that the service utilizes genuine Xiaomi parts, and repairs will not affect any official warranties. Official promises include no upfront repair or shipping costs for users during the warranty service period, and a one-stop repair process, where users can choose between mail-in repair or in-store repair.
