Recently, tipster @Jukanlosreve revealed on X platform that Samsung is considering carrying over the M13 panel from the Galaxy S24 series to the S25 series, in order to balance the cost impact of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chip. The tipster also revealed that the Galaxy S25 standard will have a 6.16-inch display, the Plus version will be 6.66 inches, and the Ultra version will be 6.86 inches.
In response to this information, Ross Young, CEO of display supply chain consulting firm DSCC, said today, "I haven't heard anything about that, and I will investigate to see if there are any changes."
The above information has not been confirmed by Samsung. There are still many questions about the screen configuration of the Galaxy S25 series, such as whether Samsung will adopt new panel technology and whether the final screen size will be consistent with the leaked information.
It's worth noting that Samsung's Galaxy S24 series, launched this year, already featured a new M13 panel, which boasts higher brightness and contrast, along with lower power consumption.
