After the successful launch of the Red Magic 9 series, Nubia's gaming smartphone brand Red Magic is poised to unveil the next generation, the Red Magic 10 series. According to industry insider @DigitalChatStation, the Red Magic 10 series will encompass a standard model, a Pro version, and a brand-new Ultra variant. All models will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Elite (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy) processor and feature a custom, high-resolution under-display front camera design on a pure straight screen.
The tipster also revealed that all phones in the Red Magic 10 series will have displays around 7 inches in size, with the Ultra model potentially reaching 7+ inches. Notably, the Red Magic 10 series will boast industry-leading massive battery capacities. Considering the Red Magic 9 Pro already houses a 6500mAh battery, the new Red Magic 10 series is expected to break new ground in battery capacity.
Beyond the powerful processor and massive battery, the Red Magic 10 series will push boundaries in screen technology. Red Magic's General Manager for Gaming Smartphones, @JamesJiang, recently stated that the Red Magic 10 Pro series screens, in addition to offering advancements in full-screen design and specifications, will redefine "narrowest" bezels in the smartphone industry.
To achieve this ultra-narrow bezel design, Red Magic partnered with BOE to develop a cutting-edge Super COP packaging technology and utilize SIP (System in Package) ultra-narrow bezel technology. Furthermore, Red Magic has optimized materials and processes to achieve a thinner, yet stronger mid-frame, further enhancing the overall structural design.
While the official launch date for the Red Magic 10 series remains unannounced, the leaked information suggests groundbreaking advancements in processor, battery, and screen technology.
