本系统是从启明星OA之-门户网站Portal系统里提取出来的一个单独模块作为一个mini小系统供大家使用。作为一个简单的留言系统，该系统允许访客匿名留言.已经管理员回复等。
安装方法：
建立虚拟目录例如guestbook指向本文件夹，运行default.aspx即可
如果不是虚拟目录，可能需要将bin下的dll拷贝到根目录的bin目录下
使用方法：
1.点击“签写留言”任何用户都可以留言。如果管理员启用了验证码，则在留言说会有验证码。
2.如果管理员启用了审核机制，留言只有审核后才会公开。 如果为启用审核机制，则直接显示。
3.点击“登陆管理”，管理员可以登录系统，默认密码是 123456，登陆的密码是在 web.config 里进行配置的。
4.登陆后可以配置留言的类别，以及留言是否需要审核，是否需要验证码等 .
