In his speech, he stated that Lenovo's business in Tianjin achieved its second "one thousand people and ten billion" goal two years ahead of schedule. Yang Yuanqing stated that Lenovo will further deepen its strategic cooperation with Tianjin, and will achieve the third "one thousand people and ten billion" goal by 2024.

Yang Yuanqing believes that accelerating the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and driving the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through technological innovation, is the only way to promote the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing.

What aspects should manufacturing enterprises start from to accelerate the integration of data and reality and achieve high-quality development? Yang Yuanqing believes that "Tianjin has a very special strategic significance for Lenovo". As a future oriented transformation business development base, Lenovo Group's positioning in Tianjin can be summarized as "one headquarters, two parks, and three centers".
