OPPO officially launched the Find X8 series at tonight's event, with a major upgrade being the introduction of wireless charging for all future FindN models. The Find X8 is powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, boasts a 5630mAh battery, and supports 50W wireless fast charging. Additionally, OPPO has prepared the OPPO Mag magnetic accessory ecosystem for the Find X8 series, ensuring compatibility with iPhones.
Beyond hardware enhancements, OPPO also announced a strategic partnership agreement with BYD. The two companies will collaborate to explore and drive the seamless integration of phones and automobiles across various driving scenarios. This collaboration encompasses innovative technologies like AI-integrated cockpits, health-centric cockpits, digital car keys, car concierge, unified desktops, shared multimedia services, and shared computing power.
According to IT Home's previous reports, the first fruits of this collaboration will be rolled out via OTA updates for the Denza Z9GT and the OPPO Find X8 series. This partnership will be fully realized by 2025, encompassing all BYD vehicle brands.
