The GeForceRTX4060Ti8GB will be lifted from ban on the evening of May 23, 2023, and will be officially released at 21:00 on May 24, with the remaining two graphics cards waiting until July. It is worth mentioning that GeForceRTX4060Ti8GB will have a Founder Edition, also known as a public graphics card, exclusively released by JD.com.
The GeForceRTX4060Ti is equipped with an AD106-350 (8GB)/351 (16GB) GPU and a PCIe 4.0x8 interface. The complete version of the chip has 36 sets of SMs, 4608 CUDA cores, 36 RT cores, and 144 Tensor cores. However, the RTX4060Ti only enables 34 sets of SMs, namely 4352 CUDA cores, 34 RT cores, and 136 Tensor cores. In addition, it comes with an 8th generation NVENC encoder and a 5th generation NVDEC decoder, supporting AV1 hardware encoding and decoding.
The basic frequency of GeForceRTX4060Ti is 2310MHz, the acceleration frequency is 2535MHz, and it is paired with 8GB or 16GB GDDR6 graphics memory. The graphics memory bit width is 128 bits, the graphics memory rate is 18Gbps, the graphics memory bandwidth is 288GB/s, and the overall card power consumption is 160W. Nvidia stated that with a 32MB L2 cache, the equivalent bandwidth of graphics memory has been increased to 554GB/s.
The GeForceRTX4060 is equipped with AD107-400GPU, PCIe 4.0x8 interface, 24 sets of SMs, namely 3072 CUDA cores, paired with 8GB of GDDR6 graphics memory, with a graphics memory bit width of 128 bits, a graphics memory rate of 17Gbps frequency, a graphics memory bandwidth of 272GB/s, and a total card power consumption of 115W. Its L2 cache is 24MB, and the equivalent bandwidth of graphics memory is increased to 453GB/s.
