This launch is the 35th SpaceX launch this year, and the Falcon 9 core has been successfully recovered for 120 consecutive times.

This is the second time AxiomSpace has organized an "all private" aerospace team to visit the International Space Station. This project is also a commercial collaboration between SpaceX and NASA. The company did not disclose the ticket price for this time. In the previous mission, each seat was $55 million (IT Home note: currently approximately 386 million RMB).

It is reported that the Ax-2 crew includes Mission Specialist Rayyanah Barnawi, flight crew member John Shoffner, commander Peggy Whitson and affairs expert Ali Alqarni.
