On June 7th, NetEase Technology reported that the Looking Up U8 has recently launched pre-sales and is equipped with the world's first new energy off-road vehicle exclusive intelligent hydraulic body control system - Yunnian-P.
It is reported that the joint systematization of the Yangwang U8 and Yunnian-P intelligent hydraulic body control system developed by BYD Group solves the vertical direction control problem of new energy vehicles. The application of Yunnian-P system enables Yangwang U8 to adapt to various driving scenarios in cities and cross-country.
It is reported that in response to the comfort issues of tough off-road models, the Yunnian-P isolates the impact of uneven road surfaces through continuously adjustable damping and a road surface preview system that integrates cameras and LiDAR.
In addition, the Looking Up U8 has an ultra long active adjustment range of 150mm, which can cope with off-road challenges and can wade up to 1 meter deep. The equipped height adjustment function can actively lower the body height to reduce wind resistance and energy consumption, and improve body stability.
It is understood that the Yunnian-P system has synchronous four-wheel linkage technology, allowing the RTI value of the Looking Up U8 to reach over 600, which can cope with complex road conditions and ensure effective four-wheel power output.
